A six second breakbeat in the song from the song "Amen Brother" by The Winstons is known to be one of the most sample songs in history used in over 2,000 songs. The breakbeat is known as the "Amen Break."
I made this animation as a visual archive of how widely the "Amen Break" was used from the time it was popularized to now.
